PEASANTS & FARM LABOURERS HOLD DHARNA

DEMAND RELEASE OF THEIR LEADER ARRESTED FOR BEING "MAOIST"


Bharti Kissan Union Ekta (Ugrahan) and BKU (Dakonda) today held a state level massive Dharna at Bathinda, demanding unconditional release of Sh. Surjit Singh Phul, State President BKU (Krantikari), who was arrested under the Unlawful Activities Act and charged with being a Maoist.The Dharna was supported by various organisations of agricultural labourers and BKU (Krantikari).
