Two farmer leaders, Gurlal Singh & Joginder Singh, who were arrested on 11th October from Gobindpura and severely tortured by the police, have been released from Central Jail Bathinda, as a precondition of the farmers organizations, inspecting alternative land within a radius of one Km of Gobindpura to be given to those farmers who are refusing to give their land to Poena Power Development Co
