LET US WAIT TO BE CHARGED WITH SEDITION

Sanjiv Kumar Mintu, an activist of Krantikari Khet Mazdoor Union, Punjab, was arrested on 16.5.2010, in case FIR No. 57 dated 16.5.2010 under section 10, 13,17,18,& 19 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention ) Act, registered at Police Station Dhuri. Initially he was charged with being an activist of 'banned Maoist movement", inciting the people against the Government, by making speeches in the meetings and distributing anti government and seditious literature. After spending a number of months in jail, he was bailed out by the Punjab & Haryana High Court.

On 31.3.2011, the Additional Session Judge Sangrur has charged him under Section 121 IPC (Waging or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against the Govt of India), He is thus liable to be punished with death or Imprisonment for life.

So let us wait for being charged of sedition & waging war against the Govt of India!
